We accept returns on items that are 100% unopened and undamaged within 30 days of purchase.

Return your order using your preferred shipper to our authorized Returns Shipping Address.

Make sure you use a trackable service and wrap the package with care to prevent damage or loss in transit. 

Once we receive your return, and it is inspected, refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment.

If you purchased Fortunate Goods products from one of our retailers you will need to request a return directly with that retailer.
